PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
Acierto Creations offers handcrafted collectibles, books, comics, artwork, display accessories, and other creative products, including officially licensed merchandise where indicated.
Product availability is subject to change without notice.
Products marked Available or In Stock are generally prepared for shipment within 3 business days after payment has been successfully processed.
Products marked Back-Order require additional production time. The estimated production timeframe will be clearly indicated in the applicable product description before purchase.
Because many of our products are individually handcrafted, production quantities may be limited.
HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS
Many Acierto Creations products are individually sculpted, cast, painted, aged, assembled, bound, or otherwise finished by hand.
Because of this process, minor variations in color, texture, paint application, aging, surface finish, page appearance, dimensions, and other handcrafted characteristics may occur between individual pieces.
These natural variations are part of the character of a handcrafted product and are not considered defects.
Product photographs are intended to provide an accurate representation of our products; however, your individual handcrafted item may vary slightly from the examples shown.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, pricing, availability, and other information displayed on AciertoCreations.com are accurate.
Measurements identified as approximate may vary slightly, particularly for handcrafted products.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information when necessary.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on AciertoCreations.com are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs charges, or other fees may be added depending on the customer's location and order.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a material pricing error affects an order already submitted, we will contact the customer before proceeding where appropriate.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of that order.
Acierto Creations reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving payment problems, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances preventing us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
SHIPPING
Shipping and production times vary depending on product availability, destination, and selected shipping service.
Items identified as Available or In Stock are generally shipped within 3 business days.
Back-ordered products are subject to the production timeframe stated on their respective product pages.
Carrier delivery estimates begin after an order has shipped and are separate from production or processing time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Acierto Creations ships to many international destinations.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise expressly stated during checkout.
Customs requirements and fees vary by country and are outside the direct control of Acierto Creations.
International shipments may also experience additional processing or delivery time due to customs authorities or local carriers.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the requirements stated in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Returned products must generally be unused, undamaged, in their original condition and packaging, and remain in their original sealed plastic wrap when originally supplied sealed.
Handcrafted variations described in these Terms are not, by themselves, considered product defects.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact Acierto Creations as soon as possible.
We may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping carton, and shipping label to help us evaluate the issue and, when applicable, submit a carrier claim.
Please retain the product and all original packaging until the matter has been resolved.
OFFICIALLY LICENSED PRODUCTS
Certain products offered by Acierto Creations are produced under license from third-party intellectual property owners.
When a product is identified as officially licensed, applicable trademarks, copyrights, character names, film titles, artwork, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
The purchase of an officially licensed product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the purchaser.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, original Acierto Creations website content, product photography, original artwork, graphics, text, designs, branding, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Acierto Creations and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, modify, or use our original website content without permission except as permitted by law.
Third-party intellectual property displayed in connection with licensed merchandise remains the property of its respective rights holders.
PERSONAL USE & RESALE
Purchases made through AciertoCreations.com are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed with Acierto Creations.
Retailers, distributors, or other businesses interested in purchasing products for commercial resale should contact us regarding wholesale or authorized retail opportunities.
