PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIMES

Please note that processing/production time and shipping transit time are separate.

ITEMS LISTED AS AVAILABLE

If a product is indicated as AVAILABLE or IN STOCK, your order will be prepared and shipped within 3 business days after your order is received and payment is successfully processed.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided whenever available.

ITEMS LISTED AS BACK-ORDER

Because many Acierto Creations products are individually handcrafted rather than factory-made or mass-produced, certain products may occasionally be offered on BACK-ORDER.

When an item is available for back-order, the estimated production time will be clearly indicated on the product page or product description before you place your order.

Production estimates apply before shipping and do not include carrier transit time.

If an unexpected delay significantly affects the estimated production timeframe provided when you placed your order, we will contact you with updated information and available options.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders within the United States are shipped using a trackable shipping service whenever available.

Shipping rates and available services are calculated during checkout based on the destination, package dimensions, weight, and selected shipping method.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please remember that production time is not included in the carrier's estimated transit time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes, Acierto Creations ships internationally to many destinations.

International shipping rates vary depending on the destination, package size, weight, and selected carrier.

International shipments may require additional transit time due to customs processing, local postal services, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

EXPEDITED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Need your order sooner?

Expedited international shipping through carriers such as FedEx or DHL may be available upon request.

Please contact us before placing your order if you require expedited delivery. Express courier services may involve substantially higher shipping costs depending on the destination.

PLANNING A GIFT?

If you're purchasing an item as a gift or need it by a particular date, please review the item's availability and estimated production time before ordering, especially for international shipments.

For time-sensitive orders, we recommend contacting us before purchasing.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Acierto Creations as soon as possible and include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographs of the item
Photographs of the shipping box and packaging if the item was damaged during transit

Please retain the original item and packaging while the issue is being reviewed.

We will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

Unused
Undamaged
In its original condition
In its original packaging
In its original sealed plastic wrap, when the product was originally delivered sealed

Please contact us before returning an item. Returns sent without prior authorization may delay processing.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Original shipping and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable, except when required by law or when the return results from an error by Acierto Creations.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post an approved refund.

HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS

Many Acierto Creations products are individually handcrafted, painted, aged, assembled, or finished by hand.

As a result, minor variations in color, texture, aging, finish, page appearance, and other handcrafted characteristics are normal and are not considered defects.

These subtle differences are part of the character of an artisan-made product and help make each creation unique.
